excellent city stay
super clean rooms coffee facilities powerful shower comfortable bed
my stay spanned four nights, and i found much to commend. the rooms was super clean, provided tea and coffee, included a safe, provided air conditioning, a digital bedside clock, and a tv. the shower was powerful, with reliably hot water. beds and pillows were very comfortable.
it is a very slight negative, i notice there are some noises from the street at night, but it didn't bother me too much.

the staff members displayed friendliness and accommodation, even storing my luggage on departure day due to an evening flight, they also booked a taxi to the airport, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

The continental buffet breakfast presented an amazing selection. I find everything i could want was there. it included hot food like scrambled eggs and sausages plus a toaster for bread.

clean room quiet floor adequate choice no restaurant no pub missing amenities
The room was very clean and well equipped. I stayed on the fourth floor and it was very quiet. Breakfast had adequate choice in a nice clean environment. IT was good. The hotel offers excellent value for money.
There was no restaurant or pub IN the hotel. This fact was advertised by another company. I think it is their fault, but it is disappointing. the hotel did not have these amenities.

the breakfast buffet featured fresh pastries and a variety of cheeses (i especially liked the local kackaval!). staff ensured fresh towels were provided daily. the courtyard restaurant offered great pizza.
the elevator was occasionally slow during peak hours.

A Jewel in the City
clean bedroom spacious bedroom friendly staff thoughtful touch
I found a very clean and spacious bedroom. New towels arrived each day, such a treat. The staff were friendly and always helpful. They even arranged taxis for me before I arrived, a thoughtful touch.
The hotel lacks some soundproofing between rooms.
